All order are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

You will receive an email once your item is dispatched 

The delivery time frame starts from the day your order is dispatched from us.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times.  Weekends and public holidays are not included.

DELIVERY PRICING: 

UK STANDARD (2-4 working days): £2.95

UK TRACKED (24 hour): £4.73

UK TRACKED (48 hours): £3.87

Royal mail tracked is always the best method particularly for items of high value or during the busier holiday period.  

All tracked orders will have a tracking number.

SHIPPING DETAILS 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that your delivery address is full and accurate.  If you have given incorrect delivery information My  Urban Pet cannot be held responsible for this error.

If your Royal Mail parcel tracking number states that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received your parcel please contact Royal mail directly.  If you are unable to locate your tracked and delivered item we cannot be responsible for stolen parcels.  Please contact Royal mail reference these issues.
