Returns are accepted within 20 days of purchase.
To return your order please contact us first by email myurbanpetmail@gmail.com with regards to the issue and then full return instruction will be given.
First please make sure your return items meets the following condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The Item must be New and in perfect condition
- All tags and original packaging (undamaged)
- Free from dog hair and odour or marking
EXCHANGES:
- Email myurbanpetmail@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date
- All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection
- Exchange is free on your first order to help you get sizing right however you may incur a price upcharge if the replacement item is more expensive
- For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
RETURNS:
- Email myurbanpetmail@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date
- IF you have changed your mind you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
- All returns must be in new condition to guarantee a full refund
- Once your item has been received will will look to process your refund within 5 working day
DEFEECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCT
- Please check your order as soon as it arrives
- Defective or faulty product must be reported within 3 working days from receipt of your order
- Photographic evidence of faulty product will need to be emailed to us prior to your return
